haensel_b435 from Germany stayed here on 02nd September 2010 After checking the website with information about the hostel we expected the staff to be presented more often than they actually turned out to be.On the website and virtually in every room in the hostel are notes saying that the check-out has to be done before 10am and that a check-out after that costs $10.We thought that the staff puts a high focus on punctuality, but sadly that's not the case.We had to wait for the staff for one hour to check in, and for the check out no one was there either! | Couple

The room was a little crowded but that is what I paid for. Lockers in every room, bring your own lock.
Great kitchen, they even have free stuff like salt and other stuff. |

Our room hasn`t been cleaned for ages, since the dust was at least 2cm thick on the floor. There were a lot of notes mentioning to clean your mess, but it kinda felt very annyoing to see these reminders on every freaking object u could find. I wouldn`t recommend it...eventhough the Lady working there was very nice and friendly | Female

Extremely poor security. Beds hard and barely put together. Showers and bathrooms decent. Location decent, but at the far end of most shopping/attractions/bars. Bring money for metro. | Male
